Local Chickasha Crime News Man accused of eluding police in chase faces charges (The Express-Star) Tue, 23 Feb 2010 15:25:59 GMT CHICKASHA (AP) — Grady County prosecutors have formally charged a man who allegedly led law enforcement officers on a chase while his baby was in the vehicle.Stephen Tennery was charged Monday with child abuse, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, eluding a police officer and placing bodily fluid on a government employee, among other counts. Michael D. Spangler, Jr., 37, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 25 after police answered a call about a burglary in the 600 block of Nevada Ave. in Chickasha.
